1)After the empty plant operation is stable,gradually increase the load,and avoid sudden load load;

 

　　2)Always pay attention to the oil pressure,temperature,outlet water temperature and the indication values​​of the instruments on the switch panel should be within the range specified in the instruction manual of various diesel engines and generators;

 

　　3)Regularly check whether the fuel,engine oil and cooling water are sufficient;

 

　　4)The new unit must operate at a load below 90%of the rated power for 4 hours before it can work at the rated power and rated speed;

 

　　5)If the operating environment of the unit exceeds the allowable conditions of the calibration,the output power should be corrected according to the regulations;

 

　　6)Pay attention to the following items during operation:

 

　　Pay attention to the changes of water temperature,oil temperature and oil pressure at any time.If it is not normal,stop the machine for inspection,regularly check the storage capacity of fuel,engine oil,cooling water and the cleanliness of cooling water,and check whether the diesel engine has oil leakage,water leakage,air leakage and For other abnormal phenomena,observe whether there is any abnormality in the exhaust smoke color of the diesel engine(normal smoke color is slightly blue-gray,if it is dark blue or thick black,stop the machine for inspection),strictly prohibit water,oil,metal or other foreign objects from entering the motor,and the three-phase voltage of the motor should be kept in balance;

 

　　7)There must be detailed records during operation,including environmental state parameters,engine operating parameters,start-up time,downtime reasons for downtime,failure reasons,troubleshooting methods,names and quantities of replacement parts,etc.;
